We raise high-quality cattle that graze on grass pastures from the time they are born. We finish feeding them on a diet of locally grown grass and grains with the help of professional animal nutritionists. We do not add antibotics to our cattle's feed because we care for our cattle to ensure they are always healthy! This means that you will get quality, delicious Prime and Choice steaks, roasts, brisket, and ground beef for an amazing price!
1/4 SIDE OF BEEF
Purchase 1/4 side of beef for $995.00, not including tax. This will be approximately 100 lbs of beef in a variety of delicious premium cuts to take home.
An example of a 1/4 portion is listed below. Please keep in mind the final total of beef cuts and sizes will fluctuate depending on the animal's carcass weight:
- 4 Filets
- 4 KC Strip Steaks
- 4 Ribeye Steaks
- 2 Sirloin Steaks
- 1 Flank or Skirt Steak
- 2 Rump Roast
- 2 Chuck Roasts
- 2 Arm Roasts
- 1 Quarter Brisket (apprx 4 lbs)
- 2 packages stew meat (optional)
- 50 lbs of Ground Beef
Once payment is successfully processed and your beef order is ready, we will contact you about pick up or delivery (location dependent).
1/4 Side of Premium Mershon Angus-Cross Beef
For 100 lbs of beef, approximately 9 cubic feet of freezer space is recommended. Beef is delivered frozen.
We do our best to request cut weights between 3 and 5 lbs. However, weights may vary and you may receive a larger/smaller cut depending on how the butcher processes the beef.
